About

  • About the Passenger Experience Conference

Next taking place on 1st April 2019 at the Hamburg Messe in Germany, the Conference provides not only visitors but also exhibitors with key industry knowledge and networking opportunities in a relaxed environment before the exhibitions open on 2nd April.

It provides you with the opportunity to learn, network and conduct business, bringing together experts and visionaries from airlines, airframers, OEMs, suppliers and design organisations with key responsibility for the cabin and enhancing the passenger experience.

The Conference is part of the Passenger Experience Week portfolio – hosted by the co-located exhibitions: Aircraft Interiors Expo, World Travel Catering & Onboard Services and Passenger Technology Solutions.

      • Martin Delich, Aircraft Interior Standards Manager
      • Air New Zealand
    • It’s been a really interesting day. There are a good range of speakers with impressive insight. There is a lot here for anyone involved in transport. The conference is a great place to share ideas and see cutting edge thinking.

      • Ryan Flaherty, Guest Experience Director
      • Serco Caledonian Sleeper
    • The conference featured experienced and insightful speakers all under one roof. From an airline perspective, it’s good to see how the other side works. I wouldn’t be able to meet these companies otherwise.

      • Frontier Airlines
    • There has been a good quality of speakers, interesting content and the discussion is great. It’s a great place to network and meet new contacts ahead of the exhibition. I would definitely come back next year.
