What does my Conference badge grant me access to?

You delegate badge grants you access to all sessions of the Passenger Experience Conference, free entry to the Welcome Party following the Conference.

How can I get tickets to the Welcome Party only?

If you just want to book the Welcome Party, please register for any one of the two co-located exhibitions. During the registration process you will be asked if you would like to attend the Welcome Party only. 

Where is the Passenger Experience Conference held?

The Passenger Experience Conference and Welcome Party, which follows the Conference, take place in the Congress Center Hamburg. Access is via the Central Entrance.

There are a number of badge types available for Passenger Experience Conference:​

  • General Admissions – €826 EUR + TAX and booking fee​

  • VIP Badger – €538 EUR + TAX and booking fee​

  • Welcome Party ONLY – €99 EUR (including for VIP) + TAX and booking fee​

  • Or, register for AIX or WTCE and upgrade your badge
